RETURN POLICY

Rob Rodney stands behind the quality of each of our products by offering an easy return process. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased from RobRodney.com within 30 days of purchase. The shipping costs (to be delivered to, or to ship back) are not refunded. To process a return, email us at customercare@robrodney.com or leverage our contact page and we will walk you through the process.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Rob Rodney bags are hand-crafted using the top-quality materials, sourced from the finest purveyors around the globe. All Rob Rodney products carry a one-year warranty, covering all original workmanship and material defects on products purchased directly from our website or one of our authorized retailers. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, negligence, misuse, accident, or natural wear and tear that occurs to the product and materials as the bag is used over time. Please note that due to the artisanal production of our collection and the organic nature of our materials, variations in leather are expected, and are part of what makes every Rob Rodney bag so unique.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the next business day if the order contains in-stock items. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays. If an item in your order is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

PRODUCT CARE

Our leather is designed to age gracefully and with the character expected from a designer bag. We recommend using a mild leather cream to maintain the leather’s appearance. To remove surface dirt, simply wipe the leather with a soft damp cloth.
